Recommendation to Customer for RO Plant Maintenance

Recommendation to Customer for RO Plant Maintenance

To maintain the RO Plant in good working condition and to ensure consistent treated water quality, we recommend the following:

The RO Plant should be serviced regularly as per the usage and raw water quality. Since the raw water TDS is high, periodic maintenance is very important to protect the membranes, filters, and overall system performance.

Customers are advised to check the treated water TDS regularly. Any sudden increase in TDS may indicate membrane performance issues, filter blockage, or the need for service. The pressure gauges and flow meters should also be monitored frequently to ensure the plant is running properly.

The pre-filters, micron filters, and carbon filters should be cleaned or replaced at regular intervals to avoid load on the RO membrane. Proper backwashing and flushing should be carried out to improve system life and maintain water quality.

We also recommend keeping the RO Plant area clean and ensuring there is no leakage in pipelines, valves, or fittings. Electrical panels and control systems should be protected from water contact and checked periodically.

For better performance, the RO Plant should be operated by trained staff and serviced only by qualified technicians. Regular maintenance will help avoid breakdowns, reduce repair costs, improve membrane life, and provide better quality treated water.

Sana Ventures recommends scheduling periodic RO Plant maintenance to ensure smooth operation, better water quality, and long-lasting performance.
